23.01.2022 Valley Vision is still open for business, despite Telstra disconnecting our phones, Internet and EFTPOS lines. This is the 24th time this has happened due to our migration to the NBN! It is a saga that has been on going for nearly 3 years! Despite days of phone calls and anger we are still in the dark as to when we will be back on line. We have a diversion to a mobile number but it is intermittent. If anybody does call and gets a disconnected message you can email us at [email protected] or alternatively leave us a message via our website. You are also welcome to pop in and see us. As a result, we are undertaking every precautionary measure possible to ensure we minimise exposure.... Cleaning and sterilisation of all high touch areas including reception, all surfaces, door handles and our consultation room and eyewear is conducted after each and every patient. 18.01.2022 In line with current Government recommendations and in light of the unprecedented circumstances we are encountering due to Covid 19, we have made the regrettable decision to limit our mode of practice for the coming weeks to URGENT APPOINTMENTS ONLY. Our decision is based on our intention to ensure our patients and staff's well being, as well as us playing our part in reducing the spread of this virus.
