04.01.2022 Whos ready for the weekend? Lamb on the barbecue! Remember to take your lamb from the fridge 10 or so minutes before cooking, this way the... lamb will the same temp and cook evenly. Coat your meat in oil rather than the BBQ, and ensure its HOT before you cook, the lamb should sizzle as it makes contact. Let it cook until the juices appear, then turn ONCE only! Oh and enjoy the aromas!
