17.01.2022 Was a pleasure to make this cake for a special girls 18th. Completely gluten free. Inside was our delicious white choc vanilla bean GF mud cake. I tried a different technique with rough edges along the top of the tiers - I think it makes the cake look much softer than the standard sharp edges. Accents of pink and edible gold complete the look.
