25.01.2022 Don’t forget tomorrow is Thursday Fun Training at East Shores!!! Meeting coaches and committee members near the water play areas at 4:00 til 5:30. Please bring joggers, towel, water bottle, swimmers ( if you want to get wet) and hat.... A PLATE OF AFTERNOON TEA to share at 5pm with your team to celebrate the end of season. See you all there.

24.01.2022 Hi Valleys girls In replace of next weeks Thursday training season we are going to move to East shores near the stairs to do some fun rotational activities and then cool down in the water. We will mix up the teams and age groups. The session will run from 4:00 til 5:30 for all girls wishing to finish the season with a little bit of fitness and fun. We hope to see you all there. Bring a hat, sneakers, water bottle, towel to use for fitness and swimwear if you wish to f...inish in the water to cool down. Please bring a plate of afternoon tea to share with your team and coach at 5pm on the grass to finish. All girls who were not training this season but did play may also come along next week for some fun. From the Valleys netball committee

24.01.2022 EXPRESSION OF INTEREST Valleys is wanting to organise a Bus for all Valleys players, coaches and families for the Gay Fraser Carnival on 25th July 2021in BILOELA. Just wanting to see how many people would be interested. If you could please comment here if you are interested and how many seats you would want. ... Nominations are opening soon. What a great way to spread the Valleys Spirit!!

22.01.2022 To all our NET and SET players! NET (5 to 6 yr olds) & SET (7 to 8 yr olds) will commence: Week 2 of Term 4 , Tuesday Oct 14th, 4.30 to 5.15pm. Running for 8 weeks. Sign on information will be released shortly. Watch this space.

20.01.2022 Hi All We have completed the mammoth task of supplying names and accounts to GNA, deregistered senior players who did not take part this season in order for you to be reimbursed this week. Please make sure you have touched base with your coach for the social season payments due Tuesday to our club account. Coaches please deposit one amount into our account with your team name. ... If anyone has a fair play voucher you need to email ASAP to GNA your name, club and team that your child is in if you wish to use your voucher. Again a very big thank you to Teresa Price for her hard work around putting this document together in order to make the reimbursement process for our members with GNA much easier. If you have not given us your details by now then you will need to chase this up directly with GNA. We hope the remainder of your social season is fun. Corinne Valleys President

15.01.2022 Last round of netball. It’s crazy socks/ hair round. Blue and white colours would be great!!! Remember our training fun day on Thursday is from 4 til 5:30 for all teams. Bring a towel swimmers and joggers water bottle and a plate to share at 5pm on the grass beside the water play area.

13.01.2022 UPDATE | 22 AUGUST Following the news this morning of a small, concentrated cluster of new COVID-19 cases in Queensland, Netball Queensland has sought clarity ...regarding the status of community netball. Both the Department of Sport and Recreation and Queensland Health have confirmed that community netball is fine to proceed as normal today due to our previously approved industry safety plan. It is important that all spectators continue to observe social distancing protocols, and that ALL participants adhere to the track and trace procedures that have been implemented at their respective Club or Associations.

03.01.2022 Hi Everyone Please touch base with your coach via your communication channel on the collection of fees for your team for this social season due to our club by next Tuesday. Coaches if you could please transfer only the one amount into our club account with your team name this will make it much easier for Tara Jenkinson our treasurer. If you must hand in cash please make sure the total amount is in one envelope with your team name. Transfer is preferable.... It’s been so wonderful seeing so many smiling girls on the court this year. We have loved seeing you each Tuesday and Thursday. Corinne x
