21.01.2022 Horse riding helps me still feel like me. Theresa wasn’t into crossword puzzles, so she took up horse riding to pick up the pace for her brain and her body. It’s things like this that keep Theresa strong and make living with dementia a little easier.

With more rain predicted over the next few days, we may be forced to start our Christmas holiday break early but we’ll be in contact with those who have bookings, even after the rain stops it going to take a little while for the ground to dry out.
