The owners of half the site have decided to sell by auction. If that block becomes ours we have plans ready for a large single story store. If it is not meant to be, we also have plans ready for a 2 story, smaller format store that will be built on our side. Please don’t be fooled by the Small Format term, the retail floor space is about 90% of the retail floor space we had at the old store.
