People walk around with hundreds of incomplete tasks in their head...inboxes stuffed with half-handled emails...phones pinging with messages... Many desks have piles of tasks to get done, stacks of notes in drawers yet to be finished...I have observed that most businesses are running at less than 50% efficiency. Much less! Large or small--a great deal of the... motions and actions of staff are wasted or doubled-up or...or...or... Suggestion: 1. Make a list of 3 tasks you need to do. 2. Choose one. 3. Decide to do it right now, then do it! 4. Do the same for the rest of the list. 5. Repeat! #vwork #time #productivity
