22.01.2022 ATT: NEW CLIENTS . . We absolutely hate that we have to do this but we have had so many NEW CLIENTS not show up for their appointments lately and don’t even bother to ring or respond to our reminder texts to let us know they are not coming.... Due to this we will be charging a $50 to $100 deposit for NEW CLIENTS to book in, the amount will depend on what service you are having done and this deposit will be taken off your appointment when you come in. However if you DON’T SHOW UP for your appointment and don’t bother to let us know then your deposit will not come off your next appointment, you will not receive your deposit as a refund and you will have to pay another deposit to book another appointment. . . We can’t believe we are having to do this but the NEW CLIENT NO SHOWS is becoming a joke. . . We do hope you understand and we hope to see you soon
