16.01.2022 HAND MADE RUSSIAN FANS So today I had an interesting fix up. The application of these so called "Russians" were applied so each lash was isolated . .... HOWEVER - Not a single fan was seen, chunks of finer lashes either 0.05 or 0.07 were just picked up in chunks and glued on. This is not okay fans should be made properly to give that lovely full fluffy look. . .
