23.01.2022 MELBOURNE CUP 2020. Hi everyone tomorrow is Melbourne Cup, and even though we are not doing a special lunch, we will still be doing our usual, and giving all our customers that are in while the race is on a TAB mystery trifecta ticket, and hope we can get a winner this year. Remember if you want to come in and have a drink with your lunch, we are BYO, so bring in your wine or your beer and have a drink. There is a small corkage fee. 14.01.2022 Hi everyone hope you are all keeping well. As most of you know we really love it when you bring your fur babies to the cafe, and we enjoy giving them a treat. We had an incident yesterday when a lady brought her fur baby in, and allowed a staff member to give her dog a treat, unfortunately she did not advise us that her dog could be unpredictable and this resulted in the staff member being bitten in the face. PLEASE if you know your fur baby suffers anxiety or could possibl...e attack someone at least let us know. We can then give you the treat to give to your fur baby. What happened yesterday we believe was not the fault of the dog or the staff member, but the person that owned the dog, and for that person to not accept any responsibility for the incident has not gone unnoticed by us. We were more relieved that this was not a child, or someone elses fur baby. If you own a fur baby, they are your responsibility as are their actions, so please again we ask you to advise us if they could be unpredictable. See more
