25.01.2022 Introducing Eden - A Van Dieman's Fountain Pen Eden is the first fountain pen by Tasmanian Fountain Pen ink company, Van Dieman's Ink. This pen is Made in Australia by artisan woodworkers, in a variety of Tasmanian Timbers, or Mallee Burl and Acrylics.... Eden has a Medium No.6 Gold Plated Iridium Point German Nib. The fittings are Chrome and Gold plated with detail on the finials and center band. The solid brass internal structure makes this pen incredibly sturdy. The cap is a screw type with firm pocket clip. The Eden is almost entirely plastic free, with the feed and cap threading being the only two pieces of plastic in the entire pen. This Australian Made Fountain Pen is sold in entirely plastic free packaging. We are absolutely delighted to finally announce Van Dieman's first ever Fountain Pen, Eden. Eden is Made in Australia by artisan woodworkers, in a variety of Tasmanian Timbers, or Mallee Burl and Acrylics.... We are also proud to announce a new Van Dieman's bottle design, more environmentally friendly and supporting a local glass supplier. We have updated our product design with a new 30ml bottle with a wider, more accessible opening, which is provided by a Tasmanian glass bottle supplier and made in the UK. Our new bottles also require fewer materials and are lighter than their predecessor, making them more environmentally friendly overall.

08.01.2022 Our first ever line of Eden Fountain Pens has officially sold out. But don't fret if you missed out, as our talented Australian Wood Artisans have completed a new installment of Eden Pens with a few small changes. We will be offering two different gift boxes now; the solid timber one previously available, and a more traditional faux leather flip box. We have also produced dedicated care and maintenance instructions, as well as an elegant carded box for it all to come in. The ...new pens have also been made without the Van Dieman's Logo on the pens themselves, following customer feedback. There will also be a few new additions; a new Tasmanian Timber, and a wider range of colours in the Acrylic and Burl range, including Azure Kingfisher, Wineglass Bay and Styx Valley Forest Green, featured below.
