13.01.2022 Happy Tuesday everyone! Guess what? We are opening THIS FRIDAY (3rd July)!!! It's been a long haul getting this all together, but we are good to launch. Due t...o limited space in the building, we're not having an 'official opening'... just opening the doors and letting you in to the goodness! Opening hours will be: Wednesday and Thursday 11am-6pm Friday and Saturday 11am - 9pm Sunday 11am-6pm We will be closed Monday and Tuesday, but hoping later in the year to open 7-days (stay tuned). To book a place, please send us a message through Facebook, email [email protected] or call 0448 510 528. On Friday/Saturday we will be doing two evening 'sittings' - one from 4pm-6:30pm, one from 6:30pm to close. Private functions are also encouraged. Because we have several separate spaces, we can close off rooms as desired. We also have a very well stocked bottle shop with local wines, beer/cider and spirits - and fridge full of fine Tasmanian cheese. So if you fancy a quiet night at home - treat yourself and drop in on the way! We will be complying with all COVID-19 restrictions (so no dancing!) and we have hand sanitiser stations (provided by local distilleries Shene Estate and Belgrove).

07.01.2022 It’s a three stage process for our Rhubarb and Gin Jam. Our favourite being the last! Did you know we source as many as possible ingredients from local producers. This particular rhubarb is grown straight out of Kempton. This jam has a full gin punch and is especially tasty with scones and cream.
