25.01.2022 Another septic job from last week, had to relocate the septic tank and install a new absorption trench ready for a big deck extension on the house!

25.01.2022 Heres the finished product from an Econocycle installation last week at White Beach. Due to the large amount of rock and lack of quality soil the treated effluent pumps into a raised absorption bed which will be planted out with lawn and shrubs! Oh and for the first time the owners have a flushing toilet which replaced their failed composting system.

24.01.2022 Haven’t posted for a while but still plenty happening! Primrose Sands for the last couple of days installing an Econocycle Treatment System with a raised absorption bed.

24.01.2022 Its been a big weekend on the sunny east coast at Pontypool, three days upgrading a failed septic and grey water system with the install including all new sewer drains and stormwater to a new water tank. Still a few small finishing touches to come but a big improvement and a happy home owner!

23.01.2022 Saturday............consisted of a two tank Econocycle system install at Primrose Sands and the replacing of non compliant under floor sewer drains!

23.01.2022 Two installs this week that were close to home, an Econocycle AWTS at Scenic Drive, Lewisham and a septic and drains at Sugarloaf Road, Forcett.

23.01.2022 On the waterfront at Dunalley today very cold! But another AWTS install completed! This job required over 100 cubic meters of sandy loam to be carted in to meet the engineers requirements for the effluent disposal area!

22.01.2022 A couple of big days at Wielangta this week with a 3000lt septic tank and 3 x 20m absorption trench install.

22.01.2022 The poor tenant and her children at this Dodges Ferry property had raw sewage running down their driveway from their old failed septic for over six months before we were engaged to design and install a new wastewater system. With limited space out the front a septic tank and pump chamber now discharge effluent up hill to an absorption bed in the back yard. No more smell = happy tenants and neighbours!!

21.01.2022 A tight squeeze for this job is an understatement! However the installation of a 2000lt commercial grease arrestor this morning will ensure that the Sorell RSL now complies with new trade waste requirements!

19.01.2022 Concrete tanks are always our preference but not always possible! This local Childcare centre needed to meet Taswaters trade waste requirements and after the installation of this 1000lt poly grease arrestor into this tight spot they now comply.

19.01.2022 Last job for the year almost finished at Primrose Sands today. An Econocycle treatment system which pumps into a 100 square meter above ground absorption bed. Effluent will pump through shallow sub-surface irrigation pipe work (yet to be installed). The above ground bed and imported soil was engineer designed due to the poor quality soil on site.

19.01.2022 Two big days at Bicheno, the East Coast put on some great weather for this new install. This Econocycle pumps into two irrigation beds with sub-surface drip irrigation (sleeper walls built by the owner) and we installed all new sewer drains at the same time.

18.01.2022 Last job for the year, replace a collapsed plastic septic tank with a concrete one! Easy way to finish a Friday!!

18.01.2022 An Econocycle ENC10-1 AWTS and raised sub-surface irrigation bed completed at Ferntree today for Benik Building.

18.01.2022 Two days at Rokeby replacing an old failed split system. Now both the black and grey water are combined and flow into a new 7000 litre concrete septic tank (designed big enough to allow for future development) and splitting off in two 2 metre x 15 metre absorption trenches.

18.01.2022 Havent posted for a while but there has been plenty happening! This job Friday was at Swansea. A two tank Econocycle treatment system with 225 square meters of sub-surface irrigation covered with 200mm of loam. Turned out to be a big day! A two tank system was chosen for this job due to the rock in the area, and the fact the inlet to the septic tank is almost 500mm lower than that of a single tank system. Turned out to be a good choice as the septic tank (which is covered) is sitting on the bedrock. Always good to be able to have different options for different sites!

18.01.2022 Out with the old and in with the new at Bonnet Hill this week. A wastewater upgrade requiring the old septic tank to be decommissioned and a new Econocycle AWTS to be installed which pumps treated effluent into the new raised absorption bed.

17.01.2022 Pontville today, finishing off an Econocycle installation with 380 square meters of sub-surface irrigation!

17.01.2022 A big week at Coles Bay building new wastewater absorption beds for the councils public toilet facilities. Couldnt ask for better weather for this job!

16.01.2022 Another wastewater disposal job finished at Dodges Ferry this week, a 3000lt septic tank into a holding tank with pump and controller which transfers effluent to a bottomless sand filter bed.

16.01.2022 Southport today upgrading failed absorption trenches with an Econocycle one tank system! Full install, connection and back fill completed in 5 hours!

15.01.2022 Another job finished off today, this one at the Freycinet Marine Farm. This small commercial system will treat up to 4000lt of wastewater from their commercial kitchen and toilet block. The system was engineered to pump to a holding tank with a minimum of 10,000lt storage capacity where an automatic controller unit doses effluent into four 4m x 25m absorption trenches with a specific pump run/off cycle reducing the risk of flooding the absorption beds. Given the high loading, system alarms are also hooked into a telemetry system allowing for a greater response time to pump failure or emergency break down.

14.01.2022 Another AWTS wastewater absorption bed completed at Primrose Sands last week for Wilson Homes.

13.01.2022 A quick install today at Granton at a new dwelling under construction, an Econocycle single tank system with 300 square meters of sub-surface (under lawn) irrigation.

12.01.2022 Four Mile Creek today, very long day but the sunny East Coast made it all worth while. An Econocycle install with 200 square meters of sub-surface irrigation with 40 cubic meters of imported loam.

11.01.2022 Here is an install we conducted at Orford last week. We had a lot of rock to contend with on this job and because of that the owner went with a two tank Econocycle Treatment Plant. Why? Because the hole doesnt need to be as deep! As you can see the tanks are negotiated between the solid bluestone ledges, and had a one tank system gone in on this job the hole would have been another 600mm deeper requiring a bigger machine and a rock breaker! An example of just one of the wastewater treatment options we offer.

11.01.2022 Campania this week, 3000lt septic and three big 20m x 1.8m absorption trenches. Surprising how dry and hard the ground is for this time of year! Need some good rain badly!

10.01.2022 Havent posted for a while but have been extremely busy! This job from the last couple of days replaces the old 44 gallon drum long drop at a shack in Dodges Ferry! Access to the rear of the property was restricted and there was no fall to where the new septic tank was to be located. We installed by hand a 600 litre pump well with a grinder pump which transfers all waste to the new septic via a 32mm poly line. From there the effluent is discharged into a 30 square meter absorption bed. Another happy customer!

09.01.2022 A little maintenance job this morning, I remember installing this system about 10 years ago, it is a septic tank with a 1000lt holding tank which pumps the grey water up hill to absorption trenches! Unfortunately the pump decided it was time to chuck it in, like all mechanical components though they wont last forever!!

08.01.2022 Nice easy install at White Beach today to finish off the week, this one is a singe tank Econocycle Aerated Treatment System. Due to such a tight block only the tank went in today with irrigation beds to be installed once the house is finished in the new year!

07.01.2022 I usually have a soft spot for Coles Bay! But not today wet through!

07.01.2022 Havent posted for a while but still plenty happening! Primrose Sands for the last couple of days installing an Econocycle Treatment System with a raised absorption bed.

07.01.2022 New absorption trench at Brighton today to replace a smaller failed system!

06.01.2022 Another install finished today on the beautiful Tasman Peninsula!

06.01.2022 Two restaurants at Sorell now complying with Taswaters Trade Waste requirements after the installation of a 3000lt commercial grease arrestor. This system is designed to capture the trade waste from the shops commercial kitchens preventing hot fats, food and grease entering the local authorities sewer infrastructure!

05.01.2022 Installed a secondary treatment system at a local hardware/takeaway store and today installed the absorption bed. This one was a little different than normal as it was installed under a thoroughfare and was engineered with a concrete slab to protect it from damage!

02.01.2022 How else would you want to celebrate the queens birthday Today were at White Beach installing an Econocycle AWTS and new underfloor drains which will connect to a new toilet. This install replaces a failed composting system!
