03.01.2022 ~ ~ Congrats to Wayne & Charisma who got their home loan approved today and will be able to move in by Christmas! Was such an awesome call to make this morning. ... They had originally missed out on the home as they couldn't get enough finance with another broker. I was able to get them pre-approved for a higher limit however the home was already back under contract. The home miraculously then came back on the market again and I was able to help them get their loan approved with a short finance clause & a pre-Christmas settlement date. This home was meant to be.
