01.01.2022 I don't really subscribe to the commercial emphasis placed on this day. BUT I do understand sometimes we can forget to tell those we love just how much they mean to us...life gets busy, kids are demanding, work is hectic...I could go on. SO- if by celebrating Valentines Day, that means we all get a reminder to express and show our love for those around us...I'm all for it. It also gives us the chance to practice RECEIVING, for many people that's not easy, so I invit...e you today to really stop and acknowledge any kindness or appreciation you receive today, soak it up and let it land deep in your heart.
