18.01.2022 FLASHBACK FRIDAY! Yesterday when I was doing one of my lives, I showed you all my motivation board and I saw my very first healthy mummy photos. Its been a while since I looked at these and I realised that I have truely come a long way since then. Over the last few months I have been through some life changing events and cicumstances (as we all go through as part of life) and I was beginning to forget about me and my goals. I let little things creep in which became big thing...s. Resulting in low confidence and love for myself. Luckily enough I have had the healthy mummy and to u lovely ladies remind me of how important it is to put yourself first and its ok to do just that! This week I have been amazing and I have pushed hard to better myself... and the reward is there which makes it all the more worthwhile. Not to mention my kids are seeing me and this new drive and passion I have to better myself for me but also for them. Making that hard decision to join.. take photos and put them on here was scary... because putting yourself and your vulnerabilities out there is overwhelming.... BUT I tell you that I havent looked back! It was liberating and freeing and really helped kickstart my journey... (plus all the ladies in here were very supportive when i started).. So dont hold yourself back!! Stop waiting and making excuses and start doing!! It won't be easy but we have your back and we will support each other and celebrate with each other... So start getting involved.. share your story... noone will judge you.. noone will discourage you. We are all here for the same reasons. When you inspire even just 1 person.. that feeling is incredible and soo rewarding. And you never know who will be inspired from what you share . So be free and share!!
