17.01.2022 ***IMPORTANT MESSAGE*** Due to the recent COVID cases reported in the Northern Beaches, we are following the government directive and recommendation to request that all ticket holders from this area stay home and do not attend Van Gogh Alive. We are currently refunding all ticket holders that live in the Northern Beaches post code affected areas.... We request all people in the Northern Beaches follow the government advice and stay home. While disappointing, the safety of our patrons and staff and our duty to maintain a covid-safe environment must take precedence. For all other visitors, Van Gogh Alive will continue operating through December 20. Van Gogh Alive Sydney was planned during Sydney’s lockdown period with COVID safety at its core. The experience has been designed as a no touch environment with the following additions to ensure it is a safe place to visit - Mandatory masks (free masks on arrival) - Mandatory temperature checks (medic on site to review anyone with symptoms) - Timed entry with social distancing rules well under the mandated government regulations - Attendee login for contact tracing - Always-on COVID Marshalls - Always-on cleaning We have trained hosts that manage all attendees to ensure they are adhering to all COVID regulations throughout their visit. Van Gogh Alive is registered as a COVID-safe event and is operating at levels over and above the NSW Health and Safety requirements to ensure the safety of all attendees.
