20.01.2022 We change our style of training on Friday nights. Monday to Thursday is about skills acquisition, reps, learning, pace & problem solving. Friday nights we apply that knowledge. Competitors are supported by team mates that don’t plan to compete but do work hard to push themselves and their team mates. Everyone aiming to outwork the room, the result being high energy, huge output and high pace while training hard but, most importantly, safe. Supervised and attended by 2 black belts every Friday.
