Boost your self-confidence with the power of exercise.... Introducing my phenomenal client Bek Mann, who has achieved so much of the last 2 years and I’m very proud to be a part of that. Body issues and lack of confidence has always been something I have battled with. I was teased at school about my weight, some people calling me Big Mann instead of Bek Mann. It hurt a lot and is not something I will ever forget but I was also unhealthy then. I ate rubbish and avoided exercise like the plague and I never thought exercise would ever come to be an important part of my day let alone something I actually enjoy doing! I've been exercising regularly for a couple of years now, but it wasnt until I started doing Vania's online classes that I noticed such a massive difference in my physique. It's so much easier to be consistent when you are working out from your living room! And who knew bodyweight exercises could be so effective? (and painful!!) I feel like doing Vania's classes on a regular basis has truly improved my sleep, mood, energy levels and helped me make better food choices. Although, I still like to indulge occasionally! My Covid Client thanks to lockdown but, now staying for good! I’ve always struggled with weights training - in fact never did it till a year ago. However, I found the trainers pushed me too hard too soon. And I lost confidence. But with my sister’s recommendation during COVID 19 I gave Vania’s zoom classes a go. I was so glad I did because not only did I fall in love with weights training but she also helped me get rid of the pain I used to experience with running! The perfect blend of weights and cardio - what every woman needs! Thanks Vania!!! When I first started, I didn't know what a burpee or dumbbell was . Vania never made me feel intimated and found ways to ease me into "scary" exercises. Nail the basics and respect your fitness level to ensure a sustainable progression to optimum health.... Be inspired to make your own health fitness journey like my amazing client Mimi Nieberl. I started classes with Vania before my wedding late last year during the summer with the goal of wearing a crop bridal top and improving my posture. I was so impressed that when COVID hit Vania was able to make the transition to online training quickly as I now make exercise part of my daily routine and not just when I feel like it or make excuses like I am busy with work. This is especially the case now as it is hard to make an excuse not to go to the gym when you train in your lounge room. I did wear the crop top to my wedding, but where I have noticed the most improvement is my butt!!! I never really had one before training and now to my surprise there is actually shape to it! There is more I want to achieve, but I am happy I can exercise make it part of my daily routine adding to my overall health. I nominate my friend Blair for a week free. Embrace your body and become strong and healthy regardless of your stage in life. This week I’ll share some amazing client testimonials. I'd love you to meet my wonderful client Denise Kirkbank, and be inspired by her health Fitness journey. ... I am a 54 year old woman who has kept fairly fit all my life. Prior to COVID I was attending the gym a couple of times a week as well as doing a bit of yoga and the odd run. When the lockdown began Vania took the initiative to set up her online classes via Zoom. Initially I was reluctant as I could do a workout on YouTube at any old time. BUT in the end it was the best thing for getting fit, keeping me motivated and working with a like-minded bunch of people. Lockdown is (fingers crossed) well in the past but I’m still here and attending way more often than I did the gym previously. Working from home I can jump up from my desk at a moment’s notice and Vania’s classes are varied each day and touch about every muscle possible. I never knew I could do so much on my lounge floor with just a couple of weights and a chair. She regularly corrects our form and also takes into account any injuries, providing alternative exercises to do to ensure no damage is done. As well, Vania takes the time to give advice on injuries outside of class time and has a genuine interest in seeing all her clients improve their overall fitness. 09.01.2022 Celebrating Women's Health week with women achieving real health goals. Fitness and a healthy diet are essential for the prevention of cronic disease, ensuring a healthy mind and overall wellbeing. Make the healthy change like my gorgeous client Maitê Morbin Chedid.... Before starting my online training with Vania, I wasn’t doing so well with my daily routine. I wasn’t getting organized to train, and I ended up discouraged from going to the gym. Also, I was used to my bad eating habits, I didn't care about myself and especially I didn't care about my health. I wanted to exercise just to lose weight, not to be healthier. When I hit 80kg on the scale, being 10 kilos above my regular weight, I realised I needed to change my life around and be healthy, so that losing weight would just be a consequence of a healthy lifestyle. I dropped the excuses and focused on my health. I did a workout with Vania and realized that exercising could be fun. The feeling of accomplishment after training is amazing. And training from home makes it even better, as I have time to do everything I need. It’s awesome! Now I look in the mirror and see an improved version of my body I never thought would be possible, and that motivates me to keep going. Vania pushes me, challenges me and educates me. Each training with her I just want to challenge myself to improve and give my best, because I know that in the end this is shaping a better version of me now and for the future. No focus, no results.
