All flavours are listed, and we have even come up with Gluten Free and Vegan Friendly ones too! We are now taking our Christmas orders, through my website! These can be selected for any date in December, including Christmas Eve! We will be closed Christmas day! ... Perfect for Christmas Parties, Teachers Gifts and Christmas Day itself! 20.01.2022 Another weekend, full of flavours! Have you tried any of them yet? Did you guess correctly to which ones would be Vegan or Gluten Free Friendly? Just a reminder to all, I am only currently doing my Vegan or Gluten Free Friendly on Saturdays and Sundays! Sadly there isn't much room in my baking schedule to fit more time for them during the week too. ... But if you know you need them for during the week, I can recommend buying them the weekend before and placing them in airtight container in the freezer! And then just get them to defrost a few hours before!

14.01.2022 HOW HAS THIS ALL BEEN POSSIBLE! I would be nowhere without the support of my amazing Mum and Dad! To my Mum, who helps everyday, day in and day out with setting up, making milkshakes and even with the baking now too! And believe me the list goes on! ... To my Dad, who helped me build my van's interior, and is currently working so hard to get my Kombi finished for me! 08.01.2022 WHAT A BUSY TWO WEEKS!! CLOSED MONDAY! Honestly, its been one busy time, since our birthday celebrations! I haven't really had time to stop! ... We have been doing so many more orders including over 200 cupcakes and a 2 tier cake over the last 2 weeks! As much as I love the busy, there comes a time, when its nice to get a bit more sleep! Especially now with those 5am starts! So, Tomorrow, the wind is looking shocking, and extremely strong! So I am getting to start my weekend early! CLOSED MONDAY Back on Wednesday from 6:30am!

And Vegan and Gluten Free Friendly will be available every Saturday and Sunday! ... Vegan Gingerbread! A ginger cupcake topped with a treacle icing and a mini vegan gingerbread man! Gluten Free Short Bread A buttery cupcake baked with GF biscuit base, topped with vanilla buttercream and home-made gluten free shortbread! Have you ordered for Christmas yet?

08.01.2022 WHAT A YEAR 2020 HAS BEEN! Honestly I'm all in two minds about saying goodbye to 2020! For so many people it has been one hard year, but it wasn't like that for me. COVID, hit us hard at Vanilla Sprinkles but in a such a good hard way! We got to spend this year meeting all of you, and honestly it has been absolutely incredible the amount of support I have had! I have met so so many amazing people, who I would now consider as family too me! So in a way, it's hard to say ...good bye to such a year we have had! 2021, will be bringing a few more changes to Vanilla Sprinkles, but for the most of all we aren't going anywhere! Just wanting to continually grow and grow! So who knows what the futures holds, for my little coffee and cupcake business. The hope is to one day, not be so little (well at least not in size) We still can't wait to see you all back on SATURDAY and in the NEW YEAR. We are closed New Year's Day! BRING ON 2021, AND THANKS SO MUCH FOR A WONDERFUL 2020!
