07.01.2022 Just got my QLD food safety certificate, after all those years of studying Dental and Forensic Science I decided to do a complete 360 and turn to baking . My first job aged 15 was in a bakery. I then went into Dental where I feel the industry made me a tougher person because of its strict environment and studying for so many years kept me refreshed with maths and computers etc, I also worked in retail while studying/travelling which gave me sales experience. Basically....everything you do reflects what you do later in life. No regrets
