15.01.2022 Good evening lovelies, We hope you are all well & safe We are praying that the current global pandemic is over as quickly as it has arrived. ... In the mean time here at Vanity Hair & Beauty Leumeah we are taking every precautions to keep our staff, clients & their families safe. We are CURRENTLY OPEN AS NORMAL & will continue to do so until our government has told us otherwise. We have placed hand washing stations in every room in the salon & encourage our staff & clients to use them. We have increased our cleaning routine to make sure every station, surface, bench, mirror, chair, door handle, light switch etc are disinfected after every client or every half hour. As you know many of our staff & clients have young children as well as elderly loved ones who are the most vulnerable. To help keep those loved ones safe we ask if you are feeling slightly unwell may it be a cough or slight flu please cancel until you are feeling 100%. To all our lovely clients that have been lucky enough to have had recent holiday or business trip overseas or have been in contact with someone who has recently returned home. We ask you to please reschedule any upcoming appointments for a further 2-3weeks. We have advised our staff to also stay home for 2-3weeks if they find themselves in the same situation. I am happy to announce WE ARE ALLOWED TO DO ALL HAIR SERVICES with NO TIME RESTRICTIONS . We of course have tighter social distancing restrictions and are still not allowed any beauty services for the time being but are doing our best to meet everyone's needs.... 11.01.2022 YES WE ARE STILL OPEN ... Frequently ask questions.. Q. Are you still open? A. YES.... Q. Are you allowed to colour my hair or is it just cuts? A. Yes, we are currently allowed to do all hair services as long as we respect all current social distancing laws. Q. Are you still performing beauty services? A. No, we are currently not performing any beauty service until the government tells us otherwise. Q. Are you following the social distancing restrictions? A. Yes, we have current removed over half of our cutting stations to restrict the amount of staff and clients allowed in the salon at any given time. Q. My partner is high risk, is there any chance I can come to the salon when no one else is there? A. Yes, just let our staff know you would prefer to be here when no other clients are in and we will arrange a quieter time for you. Q. Can I have a booking if I haven't previously booked in? A. Yes, if you are an existing client. Unfortunately if you have never been her before we are currently not taking new clientele. Q. Why can I not book in if I am a new client? A. To keep our staff & clientele safe we have had to minimise the amount of clients in the salon at one time. This unfortunately means no NEW clientele at the moment. Q. Will you be taking new clients in the future? A. Yes, absolutely. Once all restrictions have been lifted we will revise our situation and notify you of all changes. Q. Can I still come and buy retail? A. Many clients have been enquiring if we are still open for business and what practices we have in place for our clients that have to be extremely careful.... @vanity_hair_and_beauty_ Is open its normal hours : Tueday 9.30am-6pm Wed/Thus/fri 9.30am-8pm Saturday 8am-2pm On top of extra cleaning/disinfecting of all surfaces, tools, equipment. Hand washing stations have been implemented throughout the salon. Social distancing has now been implemented in the salon to help protect both clients, staff & loved ones. We have also rescheduled our staff so that only two seniors are taking clients at one given time so as to limit the amount of clients throughout the salon at one given time. That being said we are allowed to continue to trade as a hair salon but unfortunately we are only allowed to have you in the salon for 30minute appointments.
