05.01.2022 ~Basil Olive Oil Chicken Bruschetta~ Ciabatta Bread Grilled Chicken sliced thinly Vasse Virgin Basil Pressed Olive Oil... 1 Garlic Clove peeled Goats Feta Cheese Preheat oven to 180C and slice ciabatta bread into approximately 2cm slices. Rub each slice with garlic clove and and a light drizzle of basil pressed oil. Place on baking paper on an oven tray and toast in the oven for a few minutes. The slices should begin to brown and feel crisp and toasty to the touch. Top each slice with crumbled feta, grilled chicken and drizzle with basil pressed oil.
