For our own business, my motto is: be aware of what others are doing, & if you can't already do it, learn.

13.01.2022 Canva for Desktop is here! If you have security on your desktop, you may need to jump through a few hoops in order to download & install it - my computer was wary because it is such a new application. My thoughts? Functionality-wise, it isn't any different to the web version. Designs open in a new tab and the interface is identical. For me, it doesn't really seem necessary...? I always have my browser open regardless; using the app would just move a number of tabs to a diff...erent place Personally, I'm waiting for the mobile version to be improved! What are your thoughts?

10.01.2022 We have SO many people approach us saying they have tried Facebook ads, it didn't work from them, it was too expensive, etc. only to find out that they had been boosting posts and hadn't run Facebook ads at all. The easiest way to distinguish the two? Facebook ads can't be accessed from your FB page. If you want to let your customers know that you'll be closed over the holiday period: boost a post.... If you want to advertise a special offer to reach new customers: run an ad.
