22.01.2022 My deepest apologies to those I've had to reschedule this past week and over the next few days. I have been fighting off a chest infection that led me to require going to hospital on Thursday evening. I am on the mend and will be back and ready to clean, garden, polish and scrub soon!... 15.01.2022 Good morning! To my regular clients, going forward from today, late payments over 5 business days will attract a late fee of 10% of the invoice. Regular late payment that has not been communicated to me will result in a cancellation of my services. ... While I am understanding of life getting in the way and distractions being an issue, it is not fair on my business when I must decline new work in order to accommodate clients who will not pay on time, and I must do what is best for my client base and business. Thank you for understanding.

Just to let everyone know, I will not be accepting any further bookings for April as I am solidly booked out for vacate cleaning. ... I am still accepting bookings for May and June.
