10.01.2022 I must say Im pretty happy with the result I had with this lovely 10 inch chefs knife. As you can see the picture on the left, Quentin had a pretty bad chip by the heel of the knife. But with a bit of elbow grease and patience, I have hand crafted a new edge that is razor sharp!
