If you’ve had a c-section for whatever reason, please read below #csectionawarenessmonth#cesarean #birth @spiritysol Maybe you chose this path. Maybe it was chosen for you. Maybe you fought like hell until the very end and the operating table was a last resort- unexpected, undesired perhaps, but necessary. However you arrived here... May you know your strength and the bravery it took to lay your body on that table. May you know your beauty and honor the sacred scar that brought your baby forth. May you never doubt that your birth was any less holy or that your body is any less divine for birthing through your belly. Whatever scars you carry, on your body or in your heart, may you find healing and peace, knowing that you brought forth life in love and in light.
