18.01.2022 Covid ain’t got shit

17.01.2022 #tbt - this picture was taken one month into lockdown in April. I don’t know about y’all but at this point my physique was deflating hard. I did a lot of bodyweight stuff to maintain my physique but it hardly came through. 100s of pushups, squats, curls, delt raises and sit-ups. Arms held up pretty well as they always did though. Thankful for my team & family at @vpa_australia for keeping myself and my fellow athletes fuelled up during such a hard period.... Struggle together, succeed together! Link in BIO for 15% off

17.01.2022 Physique Update Picture on the right was earlier this year (in early March) when I was 6 weeks out from my competition and does not represent what I currently look like. My current stats:... 73.7kg 14-15% BF 2400 calories I’ve actually started easing into my cut the past 3-4 weeks and have dropped 1.3kgs without changing anything drastically. All I’ve done was increase my caloric expenditure (added cardio) and made healthier choices in terms of my nutrition. Choosing more whole foods over refined foods. I can’t wait to show you guys the final stage package for 2021. I will be the heaviest I’ve ever been at the same bf% as I have been on stage the past few years. I’d say I’ve packed on another 3-4kgs on lean muscle in two years. Thanks for tuning in y’all. Watch this space #TeamGrind #TeamVPA #GrindFitApparel

17.01.2022 Benefits Of A Stomach Vacuum Morning y’all. For all you bodybuilders and regular Joe’s & Jessie’s out there, why adding a stomach vacuum to your routine could help greatly increase breathing capacity, deep core strength and aesthetics. Reduces Visceral Fat... Overall Core Stability Aesthetics for Competitors Strengthens the Transverse Abdominis I perform the stomach vacuum every morning and night, when I wake up and before I go to bed. Roughly 20-30 seconds each vacuum and for 3-5 sets. It is a lot easier on an empty stomach but if you can do it with a semi full one too then why not? Have a great day y’all #VacuumPose #CoreStrength

13.01.2022 20kg Client Transformation Ladies and gentlemen. Put your hands together for Robert Tran! My man here killed his weight loss transformation of 20kgs. Perfect example of someone who applied consistency and executed regardless of circumstance. I’ll be honest, this was a tough one at the start, he even took a break while we were 2-3 months in but returned a few months later to finish off his transformation.... For Rob, it wasn’t just about losing weight. It was about much more. Feeling a lot more confident now Learnt correct lifting techniques Became self-motivated Built positive lifelong habits Increased decent amounts of strength on all compound lifts Not everyone wants to be an athlete and that’s okay. Rob is a perfect example of a Gen Pop transformation. Somebody who just wants a better life, to feel confident in their own skin and to be better than they previously were. Huge congratulations once again brother. Can’t wait to witness more gains in the upcoming months! Y’all better stay tuned for this one! Watch this space. [email protected] or DM for coaching enquires. #TeamGrind #Weightloss #Transformation @ Sydney, Australia

11.01.2022 Sleep deprived, 10-12 hour days, barely any time to eat on some days but the grind doesn’t stop. It’ll be worth it in the end. For y’all out there struggling, I feel you but let me tell you it’ll all be worth it in the end. #TeamGrind @grindfitapparel... Pic taken on - March 12th 2020

10.01.2022 Benefits of Squatting Working Sets: 120kg - 3x4 107.5kg - 2x7... A few benefits from squatting if you don’t already squat: Creates an anabolic environment since it’s such a heavy compound movement (recruits a lot of muscles during tension) Squats help with mobility and overall core balance. Ever thought about why you sweat so much during leg day? Squats burn a lot of damn calories. If you’re looking to lose weight, don’t skip leg day. Only had time to do my working sets/backoffs for squats yesterday. My second leg day on Saturday will be dedicated to my leg accessories. Been so busy the past week with new clients and whatnot but no excuses, need to pick up on my content posting. Peace y’all!

07.01.2022 Signs you should have a ‘Deload’ Are you lacking motivation during your training sessions? Feeling more tired & drained than usual after adequate sleep & caffeine intake? Body feels heavy and joints feel brittle? If you’ve answered yes to any of these, you might need to incorporate a deload week into your program.... Most beginners & gym newbies won’t need a deload however if you’ve trained for over 3 years, on a program with higher intensity workouts then you’ll probably need one. Training puts a lot of stress on our bodies. Not just the MUSCLES but also on our nervous system, joints, ligaments & tendons. To put it simply, listen to your body and what it’s telling you. Developing tendonitis after a 4-5 week program? Take a Deload so your body can recover because that isn’t normal. Oh wait, I think I need a deload! I had 3 hours sleep, overate my calories and drank 10 beers last night. Nope, you don’t need a deload. You need some discipline! Long story short: listen to your body. If you’re physically not getting any results, maybe it’s a good idea to take a week off to regenerate & rejuvenate. Thanks for tuning in y’all

06.01.2022 Who here has tried ACV? Usually comes in its liquid form which you can purchase from almost any local supermarket. You might’ve heard that it provides many health benefits such as.. Weight loss... Increased energy levels Detoxification Antibiotic properties One catch, It doesn’t taste very good when you have to drink a spoon each morning! However, thanks to @goligummy - they’ve created the world’s first ACV gummy lollies. They also taste just like apple gummy bears. Just sayin’ I‘ve been officially partnered up with Goli for the past month now . I didn’t want to post about a product if I haven’t tried and used it myself. Throw my code Vyncent into the checkout for a discount Go.goli.com/vyncent @ Sydney, Australia

04.01.2022 Client Recomp Progression All of you guys who’ve followed me for awhile now would have seen Kim’s journey when she first started with me but for those that are new, I think she deserves a second shout out! She came to me with NO prior fitness knowledge. No clue how to eat properly or track her food and zero discipline.... Her best lifts to date (and improving) Squat - 107.5kg 1x Deadlift - 125kg 1x Bench - 40kg 1x She also would’ve competed in the Fitness Model category as a first timer for this years season A @icn_nsw however due to covid we couldn’t proceed. Locked in for season A in 2021 though. She might’ve only lost 3 kgs but the weight isn’t necessarily important in a body recomposition. She’s built a tonne of muscle, built up her discipline, crafted her mindset and now ready to dominate life. I don’t just transform physiques, I help transform lives. DM for more information. Always aim to aim higher @ Sydney, Australia
