20.01.2022 If you are the holder of an existing outdoor area temp licence that is limited to seated drinking only, and you want authority for non-seated drinking, you will need to apply for a variation of your licence. 15.01.2022 2021 liquor licence and BYO permit fees will be automatically waived for all licensees except those holding a packaged liquor licence. 02.01.2022 With New Year’s Eve just around the corner it’s important to be aware of the trading hour extensions for licenced venues. Some licence types are automatically extended for New Year’s Eve. If your outdoor area temporary licence has been issued for a public outdoor area, this has also been extended, subject to your council permission. However, outdoor area temp licences issued for privately-owned outdoor areas are not included and licensees will need to apply for an extension of hours separately, free of charge.
