12.01.2022 The 2017 Vinnies Community Sleepout, supported by Tweed Clubs is an annual fundraising appeal for Fred's Place at Tweed Heads. Fred’s Place is an intervention and prevention support service that assists people experiencing, or at risk of, homelessness in the Tweed Shire. It offers support services that aim to rebuild lives, improve health and wellbeing, reduce social isolation and work towards inclusions and involvement in community activities. Vinnies Lismore 100% funds Fr...ed's Place and the annual appeal is the only fundraising undertaken to subsidise these costs. Community support make an enormous difference. How can you help? You can register to sleepout OR set up a fundraising page and ask family, friends and colleagues to support you, OR donate an item for raffles/auctions. You don't have to sleepout - every little bit of help makes a difference and helps support the invaluable work of Fred's Place and increase awareness within our Shire around the issue of homeslessness. Visit the webpage below for more information: http://2017vcs.gofundraise.com.au
