07.01.2022 The inimitable Hildegard died on this day in 1179. Vale. The VDB Fiddles pay tribute to this tremendous woman this Sunday at St David's Cathedral as part of their program of music from throughout the ages with her 'Ave Generosa' arranged especially for us by our mate and regular collaborator Donald Nicolson. Sounds sublime!
