21.01.2022 We just love it when great things happen in our space. Despite lockdown there have been a couple of people working out of The Hub (physically distanced of course). One of these is the team at Everi, they have been busy building a platform as part of a collaboration with the Tasmanian Government, Tasmanian (Brand Tasmania) and Tasmanian Chamber of Commerce and Industry to help Tasmanian businesses to tell their story. The platform is Buy Something Tasmanian (www.buysomethingt...asmanian.com.au). If you are a Tasmanian business make sure you get your profile on the site, so you can sell something Tasmanian. If you are not Tasmanian business, head on over to the page so you can Buy Something Tasmanian. The site is brand new today, so it will grow over time, if you can't find what you are looking for, pop back in a few days to check the site out again.

19.01.2022 We reckon there are millions of reasons to move back to Tassie, particularly Launceston. Our friends at Choose Cradle Coast wants to know. If you are from Tasmania, why aren’t you moving back? If you are already here, tag someone who is from Tassie, but not living here.

18.01.2022 Our friends at Enterprize are digitally hosting the team from Cooper IP for a session on intellectual property. If you can’t make this session, Michael or Warren would love to meet you via video link to discuss your I.P. needs.

16.01.2022 Our community within the Business Hub are passionate about supporting businesses across our region - so much so we can't help it when we share snacks! (And for those who are wondering, those chocolates did not last long!!)

13.01.2022 Our Business Hub is a coworking space that allows you to work in a quiet space where you can focus (like Adam did), or in a more collaborative space with shared tables where you can interact with your fellow Business Hub members. You get to choose your working environment because we can handle your needs so that you can be productive. #coworking #coworkingspace #officespace

09.01.2022 We love it when we hear stories of collaboration to achieve something more in Launceston. We love it even more when one of the Hub team is involved. Phil who relocated from Victoria four years ago, bringing with him his multi faceted growing business has been a valuable member not just our community, but the Launceston and wider Tasmanian community. Bringing valuable insights and knowledge to make our city and state a better place. The Live Launceston story is great example of what people can do working together. The story in the The Examiner Newspaper, Launceston last Sunday is a must read of four guys getting together to do something for our city.

07.01.2022 Our friends at Spacecubed in Western Australia let us know about this upcoming event on How to find Funding, Partners and Customers in South East Asia. 07.01.2022 Happy birthday Adam Mostogl.

07.01.2022 The Future of Work is an important discussion point. Here is a chance for you to win and talk about what the topic means to you. All thanks to the Launceston Freelance Festival.

06.01.2022 Deputy Mayor Danny Gibson writes a interesting article on the need for culture in our city. He makes many valid points. Recently we hosted Launceston Global Shapers Hub, who hosted an event to ask the question - How can we Make Launceston a Millennial Friendly City? Culture is undoubtedly a huge part of that. People (when they have a choice) choose to live in a region because how it makes them feel. Do they feel safe? Do they feel connected? Do they feel fulfilled? And many... more things. Why do you choose to live in Launceston?

05.01.2022 With restrictions easing on the number of people venues can hold, we are opening our doors to new coworkers. If you are looking for a desk to work from in the Launceston CBD, come and look at our new digs.

05.01.2022 The team at Harvest Launceston are in the market for Board Directors. P.S. The pun is deliberate, but we are not responsible for it. https://www.seek.com.au/job/50108092

02.01.2022 Just got off the phone to a very clever new Tasmanian who moved to our great city in January, and is looking to move her business out of home. We discussed the great place Launceston is and how we need to have clever people move to our city. And with scenery like this why would you want to live anywhere else. We look forward to COVID not being a thing so we can meet those new Launcestonians face to face.
