22.01.2022 This Mantra is in the language of Pali - an ancient language of India and the language in which original Buddhist texts were written. Reciting this mantra repetitively in the morning and before sleep has profound health benefits on the mind and body. This mantra works by training the self to surrender to the supreme life energy that is higher and bigger than oneself. Through this mantra, we learn to place full trust in the forms of Buddha, Dharma - Law of Cosmos, and Sangham ...- society of all enlighted beings, that all of them become our Guru. Guru is one who dispels all darkness and guides us towards enlightenment - Moksha. #Buddha #mantra

20.01.2022 The more Western science progresses, the bigger the question grows to explain our existence as per modern science. There is increasing consensus that there may have not been 1, but 4 impossible universe Big Bangs for us to exist as humans. 1st Universe, 2nd Life... 3rd Anthropological: Unlimited lifeform, 4th Human Mind. From an ancient Vedic perspective, we are each individual Souls taking rebirths in various lifeforms, and all are part of a SuperSoul who is responsible for the entire creation. However, the human body is considered supreme because of its mental ability to help one obtain optimum health and attain liberation from rebirths (Moksha) through realisation of ones' true nature - Soul and the SuperSoul. #Ayurveda #Vedas #miracle #life #science

20.01.2022 Recognising that while each of us are unique intelligent beings, but also each part of 1 universal intelligence is a giant leap towards managing disease. Ayurveda is based on this awareness, and the science of balancing our unique body composition by remaining aligned to the 1 common intelligence that lies within all of us and across the universe - the Super Soul.... This, in the most truest of explanations, is the most holistic approach of Mind Body Soul healing. #ayurveda #holistic #natural #medicine

20.01.2022 Probably one of the reasons if God exists and if it had to have a form, it would be in the form of a human primarily for this reason. The human Mind, Body and Soul can be viewed as a divine masterpiece of engineering for it has the power to allow one to transcend across the entire continum from False non-existent, impermanent reality on one end and permanent, existential Truth at the other. As such, every human body should be treated as a temple. And one should strive to refrain from polluting the mind and body with abuse of the senses, avoiding food that aggravates their unique body's nature and rest with sufficient sleep.

18.01.2022 To achieve balanced health, Ayurveda heavily emphasises on carrying out particular routine activities known as - "Din-charya" or "Daily Routines". These seemingly unimportant, simple activities when carried out diligently on a daily basis, and in accordance with seasons, has a highly potent impact on balancing our health. These activities range widely from punctuality in sleep-wake timings, diet to deep breathing.... In essence, balanced health is attained through increasing ones' awareness of their actions that helps harmonise their mind and body with nature. #Ayurveda #dincharya #daily #routines

17.01.2022 We often fail to realise the connection of our state of mind and emotional wellbeing with the physical health of our body. Our physical body within which the mind and soul resides is basically the foundations upon which we can further cultivate the mind towards connecting with pureness, with our Soul. In Ayurveda, health of body is not measured by a standardized ideal weight nor how society defines healthy appearance. ... Rather, to what degree one's body is free from toxins and how balanced the body's elements are with Nature, with purity is the true measurement of physical health. Once this is achieved, the stage is set towards cultivation of the mind towards true happiness, real peace,... towards our Soul. #buddha #mind #body

16.01.2022 In Vedic philosophy, the final goal of anyone's life should be to attain Moksha - Salvation / Freedom from Karmic cycle of Rebirth-Death. By striving to live a life that incorporates the basic 3 primary Goals, the 4th and final goal of Moksha is achievable. Dharma - Righteous, Moral living ... Artha - Attaining wealth just enough for minimalistic living Kama - Emotional / Pleasure Fulfillment without abuse of 5 senses

15.01.2022 As per Ayurveda, if one wishes to live a long, fulfilling life, it only makes sense to maximise each moment of life, by being truly happy with a balanced state of mind and body. Often in seeking happiness, many of us commit wrong actions through wrong choice of foods, irregular sleeping patterns, overindulgence in sense gratification, overwork - all of which leads to imbalances of our mind and body. If the elements of one's body and mind is not in a balanced state, the person... becomes diseased and enjoying life to its fullest potential becomes impaired. Ayurveda's 4 Aims for a Happy Life are: Performing all actions in a manner your deep inner conscience is agreeable with (Dharma) Ensuring sufficient wealth attainment to carry out your actions (Artha) Ensuring you are the master and not slave to sensual pleasures of the mind (Kama) Getting in touch with your Soul, attaining liberation from this mortal nature of life (Moksha) #Ayurveda #life #health #disease #happiness

15.01.2022 Health of women is the bedrock, foundation of the health of overall society. Out of 5 Vedic elements that make up all universal matter, Female gender is dominant in Earth and Water elements. As such, females possess special strengths:... Physically to cope with a cyclical, detoxing reproductive system Emotional intelligence that allows for nurturing, sweet qualities that strengthens and raises her family and relationships Superior intelligence and wisdom that is able to identify threats and opportunities to protect and grow her family. Hence, if highest care and support to maintain the physical, intellectual and emotional health of women is not provided, the future health of overall society - men, children and aged, becomes unstable and diseased. #women #health #ayurveda

13.01.2022 The reason why the poorest with the purest, Sttvic mind and body acquires the highest Quality of Life over the richest is simply this: It is all about the quality one feeds the mind and body. One cannot attain a Sattvic or highest quality of mind and body if it is not supported by Sattvic activities in 3 Pillars of Ayurveda - ... Diet Sleep Sexual Control Contrastingly, materialism is Rajasic / desiring in quality, which eventually always leads towards Tamas / darkness / suffering. #gunas #3pillars #sattvic #qualityoflife

11.01.2022 Yoga. Simple 4 letter word with so many varied explanations. Only poses or breathing? Why not allow Krishna, the supreme teacher in the Bhagavad Gita - a 5000 yr old scripture from India, to explain on this subject.... The word Yog in Sanskrit language translates as "To Unite". Under such a vast encompassing definition, as long as anything one does to achieve happiness, calmness, equilibrium through the union of his mind with ones self / Soul / God within you, and free from any desire, is doing Yoga. One who is in this state of equilibrium in every single action one does in life is the perfected Yogi. According to ancient tradition, Lord Shiva is a symbol of this perfected Yogi. #Yoga #Yogi #Ayurveda #bhagavadgita

06.01.2022 500 years before Christ, Siddhartha Gautama Buddha encapsulated the essence of his wisdom into a mysterious code of 4 Noble Truths. a.k.a. Shakyamuni (Sage of Shakya Clan), he was known to have self experimented on his own body Vedic interpretations, without the availability of any true Guru or teacher in India back then. After various failed attempts, he struck gold. There are various ways to dissect these 4 truths. One may suddenly realise a new understanding to life simply... by reflection upon these 4 truths. One approach is to reflect upon the concepts of the impermanence of this body and mind? Which also conversely means in the existence of permanence, an absolute truth, the Soul? Or maybe one could visualise the concepts of 3 qualities or Gunas - Sttva (Happiness), Rjas (Desire), Tmas (Suffering) ? #Buddha #4nobletruths #buddhism
