15.01.2022 I get asked a lot what is home staging, what does it all mean? I know, I know I asked the exact same thing when I was selling my home and didnt understand why pay someone else to do it when I can. Right? Well I was actually wrong because I styled my home nice but I didnt know that staging and styling are two different things. My house was on market for almost 3 years, did end up getting my asking price but did have to make big changes to make that happen. 05.01.2022 I got asked by number of people who took my photos and did I spend a fortune. The photographer I used was Martyn Wilson from @realpropertyphotographylogan I wanted someone from #Logan area and for the right price. I didnt have to spend fortune to get photos looking professional. Now the best thing about @martynwilson is his professionalism, he truly cared about having good photos, right angles, anything that needed to be adjustment before the photos were taken and he was so approachable when I made suggestions. You dont have to go with Martyn but do think twice before you take your own photos, saving coupe of hundreds can cost you thousands of dollars in the long run. Happy Selling.
