02.01.2022 Today we are looking back at our project at Lurline Bay, Maroubra that has this stunning view. This existing appartment building underwent a major refurbishment with extending the facade 4.5m to open up the living space. Works included a full electrical upgrade to all appartments and mains connection, construction of a new passenger lift, glass balustrades to balconies and replacement of the tiled roof with a new contemporary metal structure. Veer Build is also very proud to have won the Master Builders Award for Home or Unit Renovation up to $5 million for this project!
