02.01.2022 Today’s been so up and down like this year has been, I wish it was finishing up on better things not more border closures and restrictions BUT all I are feeling is anything is better than what we were doing last year and it’s for peoples safety, My wise son said to me today while I was in tears that we can’t let last year’s events take control of every nye, it’s happened, we were lucky and unlucky but I need to hold onto the memories, yes we lost every video of my children’s... childhood, photos and so many memories but I have those memories to hold onto, I’m proud to have such wise resilient teens/adults as my children. We need to look at the good in life and recognise how fortunate we are, I don’t think one person can say this year has been easy but we can say that we survived it and learned from it Photo 11.50am nye 2019
