22.01.2022 This is only half of my garlic harvest out of my Vegepod! The bulbs I harvested are big!!! The garlic in this photo is called Inchelium Red and I bought the Certified Organic Garlic Seed from @keenegarlic online and I am glad I did! The softnecks were ready, but the hardnecks looked like they needed more time. I will be doing a video on my youtube channel soon on my experience growing garlic for the first time in my Vegepod (including what I will probably do different...ly next year). In the meantime, please excuse me while I shower. 19.01.2022 Yesterday I checked in on a small vegepod I installed 2 weeks ago. Vicki @hoskinsvic is already harvesting lettuce and has sown some carrots which are roaring along and the kale and silverbeet are doing very nicely too. Vicki has struggled to find a productive solution for her garden which is quite shaded at times. The vegepod allows her to maximize the small patch which gets good sun whilst keeping out the dog and other unwelcome critters. 16.01.2022 We had a sudden increase in unsolicited purchases from high school science teachers over the last year. It came to light that agriculture had become a compulsory component of the junior high science curriculum and teachers were scrambling for a solution to teach it simply, effectively and in any location. Plenty of science teachers were in schools which had never elected to teach ag before due to various reasons such as space, resource and individual teacher competencies.
