24.01.2022 WE ARE BACK VTEAM The lights are being switched back on and we are returning to classes MONDAY! What a crazy week! We did it SA! ... We will send out a SkoolBag note this weekend regarding our back to dance plans and details. Thank you for your patience and above all, your SUPPORT! WE ARE BACK! WOOOO

24.01.2022 RESTRICTION UPDATE There was a new Steven Marshall announcement today (June 12th) and unfortunately the situation regarding dance school restrictions has not yet changed. Our classes are categorized as 'indoor fitness' and at this point of time, we are still restricted and limited to the 10 students per class rule. Restrictions and regulations are forever changing and let’s hope that this is revised during the anticipation of Stage 3. ... As for now, please keep your fingers crossed that dance class restrictions are lifted further and we can return to the studio again very soon! As always, thank you for your support during this time! We miss you all! VTEAM LOVE

21.01.2022 WE ARE BACK VTEAM! Tonight we start classes officially again after a very long and sad 17 weeks off. OHH ARE WE EXCITED! We get it, it's been a minute and as teachers we understand that we won't be able to jump right back in to a normal pace. ... The vteam has been a part for so long that this week is all about reuniting the squad, catching up, sharing our thoughts and easing back into some content while looking after our bodies and muscles. It might feel like its been a lifetime away from the studio and you may even be a bit hesitant or overwhelmed returning after so long. We get it, at times it feels like a 'new world' but let's push all that aside and just get excited and grateful we can now return safely Let's get excited... Excited to be back Excited to be around your VFam Excited to see your teachers Excited to just learn and have fun LET'S DO THIS VTEAM UNITY IS STRENGTH & WE ARE IN THIS TOGETHER

18.01.2022 To our Velocity family, It may seem that we have been somewhat quiet lately but behind the scenes, we have been busy staying on top of all the ever-changing regulations and restrictions, while trying to decipher how our vteam can return safety to our studio. Although we now progress into Stage Two, at this point in time, we sadly still have not decided on a return date for our Velocity classes. Current restrictions and room limitations will simply not work for our large Ve...locity family and weekly studio hours. We are a united team and believe it is not fair to return to classes until we can ALL return together, when restrictions are lifted further. As you can imagine, the past few months have been extremely difficult for our teaching faculty as our Velocity family plays a huge part in our lives. We incredibly miss our students and families! No doubt it has been a difficult time for us all, in which will make our return to the studio (hopefully very soon) that much sweeter! With that, we are staying positive, focused and hopeful! In the meantime, we have put a lot of effort into creating Velocity Wired over the past month, which we are super excited to launch via SkoolBag this week! We hope it will help with reintroducing class content, kickstarting back into dance mode, getting everybody up and moving and create some excitement for when we do eventually return back. As always, we appreciate the love, support and patience we have received during this perplexing time. There is no team like the vteam and we are keeping our fingers crossed that we are back all together very soon! #vteam

12.01.2022 WE. MISS. YOU. To our students, As Velocity teachers, we are so honoured and excited to spend time with you all on a weekly basis. We are so lucky to have awesome and vibrant students, that make us incredibly happy as teachers, in what feels like our second family. ... However, with all that's been going on the past few months, we are all certainly feeling like there is a missing piece in our lives. To watch you all learn, develop, achieve, grow, laugh and succeed in class is always a highlight to our week and we are missing our VTEAM more than ever. We hope you and your families are staying safe, well and positive! The other side is starting to near and we are so impatient in wanting to see you all again very soon! Our first 'normal' lessons back in the studio, whenever that will be, will definitely bring us alot of joy, energy and good vibes! 03.01.2022 WE ARE BACK VTEAM! As of next week, restrictions in SA will be further lifted! This means our vteam can FINALLY BE BACK IN THE STUDIO, ALL TOGETHER AGAIN SOON! With a new regulation of 2sqm per person, our classes will ultimately go back to our normal capacity! This is the announcement I have been waiting for since we were forced to close our studio 13 weeks ago. ... Our Velocity teachers are jumping for joy that we can finally reunite with our students again, who we have all missed! No doubt, the past 13 weeks have been extremely difficult as the principal of Velocity, in a world that was full of uncertainties. Not knowing when we could all move forward again was hard, but the support and love from my teachers, students and vteam community was always the light at the end of the tunnel. I would like to thank everyone again for your patience and care. A big thank you also to everyone in the dance community who incredibly stood together as one and advocated for our industry behind the scenes. As we move forward through the rest of the year, there may be some changes and adjustments while our school works its way back to our new normality. My students are my forefront, so we are stepping forward (well dancing forward ) with excitement, relief, togetherness, positivity and fun as our focus I will be in contact via Skoolbag once our ‘return to dance’ plan have been devised with our teachers.
