05.01.2022 Good morning Velocity Park's extended family, Firstly, I would like to start by thanking everyone who has shown their support & shared their kind words with us over the past few days. We really appreciate it!! Velocity Park has been an integral part of the North Lakes community for just over 18 months and we are deeply saddened by this tragic incident that has occurred. ... I would like to let everyone know that if you have booked a party with Velocity Park you will all be receiving a Refund as soon as we can. More importantly if you have a party booking for this weekend, the Velocity staff are organizing alternative options for those birthday parties around the North Lakes area. As we want to make sure the kids of this community still have an amazing birthday experience. (More information in comments) Thank you again for everyone who has shared this journey with us. Our heart goes out to the staff who are now left with no jobs, but also to the Kids of the community who are left without their Beloved Velocity Trampoline Park. The Velocity Park Team
