13.01.2022 We have some sad news and we have some glad news. It's with a heavy heart that we say goodbye to our low end anchor and wunderman Matty Sage who has decided to step down from his duties with VC. Matty will be playing his last gig with VC at the Swansea Hotel on March 22nd from 2pm. But... guess who's back?... Cocko... you know Cocko, Julian Cross is back to his irresponsible best and rumbling the bowel notes going forward for the band format. Although he has been standing in at gigs frequently its time that we brought him off the bench full time. Here's to more gigs, here's to more tunes, here's to a new Velvet Covers!

07.01.2022 Hey everybody, it's disappointing to let you know that the Swansea Hotel or its agent has decided to cancel all VC shows for 2015. We've been given no explanation for this so have no further details but we just wanted to thank you all for coming along consistently over the last few years and will let you know when we are back in the area to share some tunes and good times. 03.01.2022 Hey y'all, Marty and Benj as 'Velvet Two' will be playing at Shenanigans Maitland on Saturday 17th January from 9pm. Make plans to be there because I want to hold your hand and tell you it's all going to be alright!
