02.01.2022 One of my New Years resolutions for 2018 is to eat better and exercise more (I know, I know.... how original). But more specifically, I plan to incorporate more vegetarian or even vegan dishes into my cooking repertoire, as I’m starting to notice, now that I’m approaching 34, that my body doesn’t tolerate meat as well as it used to before. Don’t get me wrong, I still enjoy eating meat and doubt I’ll ever become a full time vegetarian or vegan (my husband definitely won’t...), but I think myself and my family will benefit from a little meat detox one or two nights a week. And thanks to yummy and easy recipes like the ones shared in this video, I’m hoping it will be a fairly easy thing to add into my lifestyle.
