01.01.2022 An opportunity exists for someone to join our team as a workshop operator in a Full Time position. Hours will vary between Day, Afternoon and Nights, Monday to... Friday, so flexibility in working hours is a must. Our workshop is located in Morwell and is a family owned and operated manufacturing business, with a commitment for ‘Quality Products Made Locally’. The role will include: Operating of Equipment, including but not limited to: CNC Laser, Plasma/Oxy and 8 axis LVD Press Brake (onsite training provided) Basic Workshop Duties, including but not limited to: Drilling, Grinding, Deliveries, Loading & Unloading of trucks, Providing assistance to others as required To be successful you will need: Ability to read and follow engineered drawings Hold current Drivers Licence Current Forklift Licence Follow company policies and procedures Have the ability to manage workload in a time critical environment Have strong attention to detail and follow the quality procedures in place Personal drive to work and learn, be flexible to assist others and work morning/afternoon/night shift as required A strong work ethic and be physically fit Good communication skills and a Team Player Be reliable and be able to work unsupervised If this sounds like you, please email your current resume with contactable references to [email protected] Please note only shortlisted candidates will be contacted
