17.01.2022 ENERGISER PANEL This time last week, we launched our ‘Energiser’ initiative a six month program where any employee at BGC Housing Group can put themselves forward to participate. Over the next 6 months, this employee will have a monthly coffee catch-up with a different member of BGC’s Senior Leadership Team, giving our employees and our leaders the invaluable opportunity of networking, as well as the chance to share their experiences and reflect on their own careers. Al...l of our senior leaders have volunteered to be part of the program, so to launch the initiative, we hosted a panel event where 5 members of our Senior Leadership team answered questions from BGC employees. This initiative will see a WA family, the Purcells, living in a TERRACE-built home with a 9.1-star NatHERS energy rating and will track the cost savings achieved by living in an energy-efficient home....
