07.01.2022 In Manchester, UK we found a real gem of a restaurant called Comptoir Libanais. Back home, we were inspired to recreate some of their fabulous dishes. We recently harvested some beans and felt creative to put them to use. Here we show the creation of a variation of Loubiah bil dajaj - braised chicken with beans. We substituted chicken for beef.
