We have put a set menu together for $75.50 (inc Gst) per person and then you can pick and choose any additional entrees or desserts you might like. Easy. Kx SET CHRISTMAS MENU... Little things 3 Seasonal, Verde dips (250g) w crisp bread Big things 1 Whole Milawa FR chicken w roasted baby carrots, fennel, potatoes and a thyme jus. 1 Slow cooked shoulder of western plains pork w roasted parsnips, confit shallots and apple sauce. * Veg option (swap with one of the mains) 1 Chickpea, confit tomato and wild fennel ragu with soft polenta V GF 1 Crispy green salad with local herbs and a lemon and garlic dressing. Additional things Extra little things 1 Beetroot and vodka cured salmon (500g) with horse radish creme fresh and rye croutons. $55 1 Antipasto showcasing some of our regions best with home made grissini and fresh bread. We salut you but this arm of our business is closing down. After a small health 'Hicup' last year we have decided to take a few years out to take care of the smallest member of the Verde family and concentrate on the rest of our businesses. Local chefs show casing some of the best ingredients we have to offer in our region and some smashing beverages to go with it, Super proud!
