We offer a quality apprenticeship covering all areas of butchery, including breaking down meat into cuts, making sausages and customer service. In addition to on the job training, there is additional training and assessments done through TAFE (whilst you are being paid). When you are picking up your Christmas order, we will have a selection of sausages, burgers and kebabs available in the counter.
