19.01.2022 Good people of Vermont South and surrounding suburbs, though we are not afflicted to the degree that other regions of our city are, we must bear a burden to ensure the vile coronavirus is wrestled back under control. The clinic is still providing the safest place that we can for you to attend in person along with options for telehealth (video) and telephone consultations. We are pleased to be supporting you in these troubling times.

18.01.2022 Masks or face coverings must be used when attending the clinic from Thursday 23rd July unless you have an exemption according the Victorian Government rules. More info is available by clicking the link below. https://www.dhhs.vic.gov.au/face-coverings-1159pm-wednesday

16.01.2022 CORONAVIRUS INFORMATION We have taken numerous steps to reduce the risk of community transmission and protect our staff and patients but need to introduce some more measures. - Where it’s not necessary to be seen face to face please request a telephone consult. Some of our doctors do also have access to telehealth (video consults). These are easy to access and navigate and can allow your doctor to assess conditions you may normally book a face to face visit for.... - Where avoidable please do not arrive at the clinic earlier than five minutes before your appointment time. - We will do our best to inform you if your doctor is running late. This is not always possible and sometimes doctors are able to make up lost time. It is quite unpredictable. If you do arrive and you doctor is running late we may ask you to return to your car and wait. - To reduce the number of people attending the clinic we request only booked patients attend the clinic, unless you are a carer or a parent accompanying a child under the age of 16 years. - All visitors to the clinic must be wearing a mask. Unfortunately we do not have the resources to provide masks. We would like to thank you for your patience and understanding with our changes so far. These probably won’t be the last changes as we continue to adapt to ensure everyone’s safety is maintained as best as possible. Please also continue to be patient with our team, we are all doing the best we can in this challenging time.

12.01.2022 Here's a video update from Dr Dan Epstein from our clinic.

10.01.2022 Please do not delay your healthcare needs during this pandemic. We have had patients presenting late with problems like chest pain and breast lumps that should have been seen much sooner. The prevalence of COVID-19 is dropping and coming to this general practice, one that takes great care to minimise your risk of acquiring COVID-19 infection, is much safer than putting off your health needs until the pandemic is brought under control. We are still open every day except Sundays and Public Holidays, closing at 7.30PM on weekdays.

07.01.2022 Thursday 27 Aug 2020 6.25PM There is no power to the building. Please do not attend or try to call this evening. It is likely that power will be restored by tomorrow morning.

06.01.2022 The clinic will be closed next Monday for the Queen's Birthday holiday.
