24.01.2022 Been shaping a few more of these DreamWeaver curved channel bottoms. They give you plenty of drive and nice arcing turns, you don't need super down the line waves to ride them. 23.01.2022 Koby Jackson the young 10 year old South Coast grommet held his own at the Billabong Oz Grom Cup at Coffs Harbour last weekend. Making it into the quarter finals with some of the best under 12s. Kobys quarter final heat was held in the best waves of the contest solid 4 ft beach breaks. Koby opted too ride his 4'8 stepup drawing man carves to the beach. Ps photos only from round 2

20.01.2022 Here's the newest to my 2018 summer range the Solution3 high performance short board. More rocker curve in nose and tail than the past Solution2. More concave from nose to tail gives lift and speed making it super fast and surfs tighter in the pocket. Standard dims 6'0x18 3/4 x 2 5/16 = 27.5 Lt. 09.01.2022 This week's project we've used one of my 9'6 files on a EPS blank 9'6 x 23 x 3 1/4 glassing 7oz bottom 4+4+7oz on the deck. We are now taking custom orders for extra large epoxys.

05.01.2022 Shaped a bunch of the Mongrels this week. Moden performance not cheap Chinese popouts, 7'4 7'6 7'10 8'0 8'6 9'0 9'6 all have nice tint bottoms and rails white decks with glass Future fins. Ready for the summer slop it's coming. Made in Ulladulla Australia.

01.01.2022 What's this chined rail about I've been doing. I have be shaping concave boards since 1990, and from the start I was hooked on the speed that they produce, though they do have some problems they can suck onto the wave face at high speed and have a tendency to catch rails. I started working with a chine rail in mid 90s to make a concave " user friendly " and found that they work very well. It's a very simple design, basically the apex of the rail is raised off the bottom of... the board, much the same as a 50/50 rail, but with no lost of speed. With the chine running almost to the tail, the board will come up on its rail very easily much like a " V" but again with no loss of speed.
