23.01.2022 Tonight's dinner. YIAH Thai inspired chicken burgers with a side of cabbage cos I ran out of time. The chicken burgers have chicken mince, bread crumbs, egg, YIAH Thai dip mix, crushed ginger and lemongrass, and them coated in seasoned flour, fried in Thai inspired olive oil The cabbage I threw in the same fry pan, and forgot to buy garlic so threw in some YIAH herb and garlic dip mix. The chicken balls are awesome

21.01.2022 I made a chicken Caesar salad Monday night, using this dressing. I marinated my chicken in a bit of fajita spice blend, with a some herb and garlic dip mix, Texan ranch dip mix and olive oil. Seared it and served it in a bed of cos lettuce with bacon. So yum, and a winner with my fussy boy!
