When we have a $100 note in our hand, we tend to feel richer, yet the other notes equate to the same amount. Wearing an item of favourite clothing, compared to our everyday clothes, can brighten our day. Yet they are all clothes made of fabric, wool, cotton, blends etc. Going deeper within, we realize that just because "they" are different, "they" are the same! It is how we feel about them and ourselves. When we appreciate the differences which ultimately are the same, we can feel more peace!
